Vietnamese President Nguyen Min Triet

PHNOM PENH — President Nguyen Minh Triet and Cambodia's King Norodom Sihamoni Friday agreed that the two countries should continue holding high-ranking meetings to further foster the expansion of multi-faceted co-operation.

They also applauded efforts by the two Governments to effectively implement previously signed agreements.

The two leaders met in Phnom Penh during Triet's official visit to Cambodia which began on Thursday and ends Saturday.

Welcoming Triet and his wife to Cambodia, King Norodom Sihamoni said the visit was an important event that would create strong motivation to bolster traditional ties and comprehensive co-operation between Viet Nam and Cambodia in the coming time.

He expressed his gratitude for the support given by Viet Nam's leaders and people to Cambodia in the past as well as to the country's current recovery and development.

The King said he was impressed with Viet Nam's achievements in building and developing the country and highly valued Viet Nam's position in the region and in the world.

While affirming that Cambodia would always be a good neighbour to Viet Nam, he asserted his determination to cultivate the fine traditional and comprehensive relations between the two countries.

He also wished that Viet Nam, under the leadership of the Communist Party and State, would continue to gain more achievements in its national construction and development.

President Nguyen Minh Triet thanked the King for his warm welcome, saying that he highly valued the achievements gained by Cambodia under the King's rule and the leadership of the Royal Government. Triet applauded Cambodia's increasingly higher position in the region and in the world.

He also expressed his deep gratitude to Cambodia for its support to Viet Nam during the country's struggle for liberation and unification in the past and construction and defence at present, and for the support the government gives to Vietnamese people who are living in Cambodia.

Triet affirmed Viet Nam's policy to prioritise building and developing relations with Cambodia and conveyed his greetings to former King Norodom Sihanouk and Queen Mother Norodom Moninieth Sihanouk.

Triet donated VND8 billion (US$410,000) and 50 computers to King Norodom Sihamoni for the Cambodian Royal Fund.

Building achievements

Also on the same day, Triet met separately with Samdech Sisowath Chivanmoniral, first vice president of the senate of Cambodia; Ngoun Nhel, acting president of the Cambodian National Assembly; and Samdech Hun Sen, Prime Minister of the Royal Government of Cambodia.

At the meetings, Triet said Viet Nam was always willing to share its experience and co-operate with Cambodia for mutual interest and benefit. Viet Nam would do its best to ensure the fine co-operation between the two countries could contribute to ASEAN unity.

In the coming period, he said, the two countries needed to strengthen co-operation mechanisms between policy-making and executive bodies, organisations and especially bordering provinces.

Triet suggested the two sides foster ties in specific industries, including national security and defence, trade and commerce, agriculture, forestry and aquaculture, transport, mineral exploitation, oil and gas, education, healthcare, and tourism.

He also said the Royal Government should instruct relevant bodies to foster land border demarcation works to be completed by the end of 2010 as agreed.

Leaders of Cambodian Senate, NA and Royal Government expressed their deep gratitude for Viet Nam's support, particularly in saving Cambodia from genocide.

Triet also visited Great Supreme Patriarch Tep Vong at Wat Ounalom and Great Supreme Patriarch Bou Kry at Wat Botum

Family Wonderful Trip To Vietnam

This is my trip to Vietnam, I went to Vietnam on 6-10 Aug10 with my wife and son, and with my friend, Monika, her sibling's families and her friend,Ms Sattya. we were warmly welcomed by our friends in Vietnam, Saigon city.

6 Aug10 :The First Night In Nha Trang: We departed at 6:30am  to Saigon. It took about 2hrs30mins to get at the border. We arrived at about 12:30 and we had lunch at a romantic restaurant hosted by our friends, Mr Hien, Mr Quoc , Ms Trang and one more friend. We had very good food and chatted happily. After lunch, at 2pm  we continued our trip to Nha Trang. We arrived at Nha Trang at midnight. (My recommendation for your trip, you should stay overnight at Saigon and next day, you should depart in the morning to Nha Trang. DON'T travel during the night because there are many buses, it is so dangerous).

7 Aug10:The Dream Become True: We had breakfast near the Anh Anh hotel, then we continued to Vinpealland. It is very nice place for every family. It was the first time for me to see 4-D Film and the artificial sea-wave pool. We were happy during our trip at Vinpearlland because it was a shinny day. We had ninner at the restaurant in the tourist area. Good food and reasonable price.

8 Aug10:Bye Bye Nha Trang with Good memories: We checked out in the morning, after breakfast at 8:00am  we visited Cham Temple, and  Aquatic Museum. Then we departed back to Saigon. We had lunch at Bien Vinh Hao Restaurant Tel: 0683761391, 0623853356. It was good food. We arrived at Saigon at 8pm. we had dinner separately. Monika and I were invited by Ms Trang and Quoc to have dinner at one restaurant in the area of backpacker. After dinner we had drink near the place had dinner. I returned to Saigon Hotel 3 at midnight. 

9 Aug10, The Last Night in Saigon: We visited Dainam, a new tourist place in Saigon. about 40km from the place we stayed. We spent the whole day  enjoyed this place. there are many activities. it is very big place. What had enjoyed this place are 4-D Film, Snow Room and the artificial beach. We back at the hotel at 6pm. I had the special invitation to have dinner with my family at Hieng's house. Hien came to pick me up at 7pm. My son and I were on the bike of Hien's friend, Christin. My wife was on the bike with Hien. It was the amazing day for me to see the real view of Saigon by night on the fast-driving bike. The son of Hieng is very naughty, smart, talkative and active. He is very lovely boy. We had very good food and my son likes to play game from the TV. After coming  back from Hien's house, We had farewell drink with the rest of our group, Ms Sattya, Ms Monika, Mr Pheak and Mr Kdey. We enjoyed the Last Night Drink in Saigon until midnight.

10 Aug10, Home Sweet Home: It was the last day in Saigon, we took a taxi to do shopping until the bus departed to Phnom Penh, Cambodia at noon time. We arrived home at 6pm with a little gift from Saigon to our relatives and friends.

នៅថ្ងៃមួយមានមិត្តភក្តិស្រីម្នាក់បបួលនាងខ្ញុំដើរលេង តែនៅពេលនោះ នាងខ្ញុំក៏បានឆ្លើយតបទៅវិញថា គ្នាមិនមាន ប្រាក់នោះទេ ប៉ុន្តែគេឆ្លើយមកវិញថា កុំបារម្ភពីប្រាក់ មានគេចេញហើយ ពេលនោះនាងខ្ញុំក៏ទៅដើរ​លេងជាមួយគេ នៅខណៈ ពេលដើរលេងនោះ មិត្តភក្តិស្រីរបស់នាងខ្ញុំម្នាក់នោះបាននិយាយប្រាប់នាងខ្ញុំថា បើចង់មានប្រាក់ដើរលេងសប្បាយហ៊ឺហា រកស៊ីលក់ខ្លួនទៅ ប៉ុន្តែលក់ខ្លួនម្តងម្កាលបានហើយ កុំឱ្យគេចាប់អារម្មណ៍ និង កុំឱ្យអ្នកផ្ទះដឹង ហើយរូបគេជាអ្នករកម៉ូយឱ្យ ។  មុនដំបូងនាងខ្ញុំមិនទាន់ដាច់ចិត្តធ្វើដូច្នេះភ្លាមនោះទេ រយៈពេលមួយខែក្រោយមក ដោយសារតែនាងខ្ញុំចង់ដើរលេងសប្បាយ ដូចកាលពីពេលមុន ហើយមិត្តភក្តិស្រី​របស់នាងខ្ញុំម្នាក់នោះបានរកម៉ូយឱ្យនាងខ្ញុំ ដែលបុរសម្នាក់នោះមានវ័យប្រហែលជាង សែសិបឆ្នាំ ដែលជាអ្នកមានម្នាក់ជិះរថយន្តទំនើបម៉ាកលុចស៊ីសស៊េរីឆ្នាំ ២០១០ នៅពេលគេឃើញនាងខ្ញុំ គេឱ្យតម្លៃខ្លួននាងខ្ញុំ មួយរយហាសិបដុល្លារ ដោយសារនាងខ្ញុំឃើញគេជាអ្នកមាន នាងខ្ញុំបានទារថ្លៃពីគេចំនួនពីររយហាសិបដុល្លារ ទើបនាងខ្ញុំ ព្រមទៅជាមួយ ពេលនោះគេយល់ព្រមតាមតម្លៃដែលនាងខ្ញុំទារ មួយរំពេចនោះគេក៏បាន​ដឹកនាងខ្ញុំទៅកាន់សណ្ឋាគារមួយ នៅក្នុងខណ្ឌ ៧ មករា រាជធានីភ្នំពេញ ពេលនោះនាងខ្ញុំបានដេកជាមួយ​គេជិតបីម៉ោង ហើយគេបានឱ្យប្រាក់នាងខ្ញុំភ្លាម ។ រយៈពេលពីរខែក្រោយមកទៀត គេបានហៅនាងខ្ញុំទៅដេកម្តង​ទៀត ដោយគេឱ្យប្រាក់នាងខ្ញុំចំនួនបួនរយដុល្លារ ដោយគេឮ ថានាងខ្ញុំចង់ដូរម៉ូតូ ។

ដោយសារតែវល់នឹងការដើរលេងសប្បាយខ្លាំងពេក រំដួល និយាយថា ធ្វើឱ្យនាងទៅរៀនមិនបាន​ជាប់លាប់ដូចកាលពី មុននោះទេ ដែលធ្វើឱ្យនាង រៀនត្រួតថ្នាក់ទី ១១ មួយឆ្នាំទៀត ។ កន្លងមកធ្លាប់មានភ្ញៀវជាមន្ត្រីយោធាជាន់ខ្ពស់ម្នាក់ដែល ស្រឡាញ់ និង អាណិតនាងនៅពេលដែលនាងនិយាយថា ចង់ដូរម៉ូតូបន្ទាប់ពីដេកជាមួយម្នាក់បានចំនួនពីរដងរួចមកគេបានឱ្យ ប្រាក់នាងចំនួនមួយពាន់ប្រាំបីររយដុល្លារ បន្ទាប់ពីបានប្រាក់ហើយនាងបានបិទទូរស័ព្ទមួយរយៈ នៅពេលដើរសប្បាយចាយ ប្រាក់អស់ទើបនាងបើកទូរ​ស័ព្ទរកប្រាក់ដើម្បីសប្បាយបន្តទៀត ហើយនាងតែងតែធ្វើដូច្នេះជានិច្ច ។

ជារៀងរាល់ថ្ងៃ រំដួល តែងតែទៅសាលារៀនដូចសិស្សដទៃទៀត ប៉ុន្តែនៅពេលមានអ្នកណាត់ដើរលេង ពេលចេញពី ផ្ទះស្លៀកញក់សម្លៀកបំពាក់ជាសិស្សធម្មតា តែនៅក្នុងកាតាបរបស់នាងមាន​សម្លៀកបំពាក់សម្រាប់ដើរ​លេងមួយសម្រាប់ នៅពេលចេញផុតពីផ្ទះដល់ស្ថានីយចាក់សាំង នាងតែងតែចូលផ្លាស់ប្តូរសម្លៀក​បំពាក់នៅក្នុងបន្ទប់ទឹក ជួនកាលទៅផ្លាស់ ប្តូរសម្លៀកបំពាក់នៅក្នុងបន្ទប់ទឹកតាមសួនច្បារ តាមមាត់ទន្លេ ។ រំដួល និយាយថា ដោយសារតែប៉ាម៉ាក់របស់នាងមានការ មមាញឹកជាមួយការងារពេក ពួកគាត់មិនមានពេលតាមរូប​នាងឡើយ ។ រាល់ថ្ងៃនេះប៉ាម៉ាក់របស់នាងមិនបានដឹងថានាង គេចសាលា ឬ ប្រព្រឹត្តនូវអំពើមិនគប្បីនោះទេ ដោយពួកគាត់គ្រាន់តែដឹងថា នាងដើរលេងច្រើន ហើយពួកគាត់តែងតែ ប្រៀនប្រដៅនាងកុំឱ្យដើរលេងច្រើន ។

Cambodian PM warns of 'bloodshed' over Thai border
PHNOM PENH — Cambodia's premier warned Monday that a border dispute with Thailand was "very hot" and could result in violence, reiterating his call for international assistance to end the row.
"Cambodia would like to ask for intervention to have an international conference on the issue of the Cambodian-Thai border dispute," Prime Minister Hun Sen said during a ceremony attended by foreign diplomats.
"The issue is very hot. It may cause bloodshed," he added.
He said bilateral efforts to resolve the conflict with Thailand would not work and called on the United Nations, the Association of Southeast Asian Nations and other countries to help resolve the spat.
Tensions between the two nations over the disputed border have flared up following protests in Bangkok by the royalist "Yellow Shirt" movement over the issue.
Thai media quoted Prime Minister Abhisit Vejjajiva as saying over the weekend that he was ready to use both diplomatic and military means to settle the dispute.
Thailand's opposition has accused the government of using the spat to fuel patriotism and boost its domestic political support.
Hun Sen wrote to the United Nations on Sunday accusing Thailand of violating UN rules by threatening to use military force against Cambodia.
Cambodia reserves its "legitimate rights to defend its sovereignty and territorial integrity in case of deliberate acts of aggression," Hun Sen wrote in the letter, which was distributed to the media.
Abhisit said Monday that the letter was based on incorrect information.
"Cambodia wants to give an image of Thailand as an intruder or using force, which is not true," he told reporters.
"We are Thais, whatever the problem we should talk."
Cambodia and Thailand have been locked in a troop standoff at their disputed border since July 2008, when the ancient Preah Vihear temple was granted UNESCO World Heritage status.
Troops from both countries exchanged fire briefly on their border in June, the latest in a series of clashes between the neighbours.
